Why this exists
Qualified people apply for hundreds of jobs and never hear back, because screening software says no before a person ever reads their application. Meanwhile, employers say they can't find anyone to hire. We think that's the same problem, and the fix is simple: a person reads every application.

Applicants who meet AI screening or AI interviews can report the employer. Three verified reports and the employer is suspended.
